23a Goldsworthy Road, Claremont WA 6010 - Explanatory Notes Regarding Title
On the Title documents, there are two different Lots shown on two different pages.
Prior to 2001, 23 and 23a Goldsworthy Road were adjoining dwellings with unequal lot sizes. Lot 93 (23a Goldsworthy) was the smaller half being 477sqm. Lot 94 (23 Goldsworthy) was the larger half having 551sqm.
In 2001, the properties were re-subdivided so as to make equal sized blocks of 514sqm. The Lots were given new designation numbers, being 97 and 98.
23a Goldsworthy Rd is Lot 97 and as you can see it is a rectangular block of 514sqm.
At the rear of the property, at the western most end of the block, there is a standard Water Corporation Easement. This means that you cannot build a structure on that 3.15 metre wide easement, although you can brick pave it, have your washing line on it etc.
